iManageProject Help and Support system:

iManageProject offers free 30-day trial on Basic, Premium, Corporate and Enterprise accounts. You can use any of these accounts free for 30 days from the date you sign up, after which you will be charged. If you cancel your account before the 30-day trial period, you won’t be charged at all.

No refund will be issued for the accounts cancelled after you are billed on day 30. You will have to pay for the rest of the month after the trial period. For example, your billing started on 20th of March. You will be billed on the 20th of every month. If you cancel your account on the 10th, you will still have to pay for the entire month (up until 20th). You will not have to pay for the months following thereafter.

Any upgrades from a free account do not qualify for the Free 30-day trial.

The Account Owner will be responsible for all the charges that incur.


Yes, iManageProject also accepts yearly payments based on the signed up plan.

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), wire transfers, Paypal, checks.


No, we do not charge for sign up, termination or any additional fees. The price you pay is fixed for the plan you choose and is billed every month.


Upgrading to a higher plan will only be billed the next month. When you upgrade, you can instantly use the higher plan. However, you still pay the same till the end of the month. The billing for the upgraded plan starts from the beginning of the next month. Similarly, downgrading will instantly downgrade your plan but you will still be paying the amount for the higher plan and begin to pay the lower rate only until next month’s bill.


iManageProject offers 4 paid plans and 1 Free plan. All the paid plans have 30 day free trial period. During this period, you can experience all the features available on each plan, so you can decide later to buy the plan or switch to a different one. Billing information is required to sign up for all the paid plans to reduce fraud and to confirm you have valid credit card. After the trial period expires, you will be charged accordingly.
